11 Days Uganda Wildlife Experience

Visiting Kibale National Park, Queen Elizabeth National Park, and Lake Bunyonyi will offer you a fantastic experience of Uganda's diverse wildlife, landscapes, and culture.

Day 1: Arrival at Entebbe

Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be met and greeted by your guide who will then transfer you to your hotel in
Kampala to rest and prepare for the adventure ahead

Day 2: Kampala - Kibale Forest National Park

After breakfast, you will be picked up by your guide and driven to Kibale Forest National Park, which is home to 13 primate species including
chimpanzees, red colobus monkeys, grey-cheeked mangabeys, and L’Hoest’s monkeys. The drive takes about 5 hours, with a stopover at the equator
for photographs and lunch. Dinner and overnight stay will be at Kibale Forest Camp.

Day 3: Chimpanzee Tracking in Kibale Forest

After an early breakfast, you will head to the park headquarters for a briefing on the dos and don’ts of chimpanzee tracking. The tracking
takes about 3-4 hours, after which you will Visit the Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary, a community-run conservation area.

Day 4: Kibale Forest - Queen Elizabeth National Park

After breakfast, depart for Queen Elizabeth National Park (approximately 3-4 hours drive). Arrive at your lodge, check in, and relax for the evening.

Day 5: Game Drive and Boat Cruise in Queen Elizabeth National Park

After an early breakfast, you will head out for a game drive in the park, where you will have a chance to spot a variety of wildlife. After
the game drive, you will have lunch and then head out for a boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel, which is home to a wide variety of water birds
and hippos. Return to your lodge for Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 6: Queen Elizabeth National Park - Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park

On this day you will have breakfast, and then transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park, the home to the endangered mountain gorillas. The drive takes about 5-6 hours, through the Ishasha region. On this brief game drive, fingers crossed, you might spot tree-climbing lions. Enjoy pre-dinner cocktails on arrival as you enjoy the views of Bwindi National Park or warm yourself inside by the cosy fire.

Day 7: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest

After an early breakfast, you will head to the park headquarters for a briefing on the dos and don’ts during gorilla trekking. The trek takes about 4-8 hours, depending on the location of the gorillas. After the trek. enjoy lunch and downtime toward your dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.

Day 8: Bwindi Impenetrable Forest - Lake Bunyonyi

Enjoy your breakfast then head to the Batwa community for a cultural experience at Bwindi and thereafter continue to the picturesque Lake Bunyonyi. Upon arrival, check in at your lodge and enjoy the serene surroundings of the lake.

Day 9: Lake Bunyonyi

Spend the day at Lake Bunyonyi, known for its stunning landscapes and unique islands.You can engage in activities such as canoeing, swimming, nature walks, and cultural visits to local communities.

Day 10: Lake Bunyonyi to Kampala/Entebbe

After breakfast, depart for Kampala/Entebbe (approximately 5-6 hours drive).
If time permits, you can visit the Equator line for some fun photos and souvenir shopping. Arrive in Kampala/Entebbe, check in at your accommodation, and rest.

Day 11: Departure

After breakfast, you will be transferred to Entebbe International
Airport for your flight back home.
