Day 1: Nairobi – Maasai Mara

You will begin your journey to Maasai Mara game reserve after breakfast. Have a brief stopover at the Great Rift Valley view point for photography and souvenir shopping. Proceed to Narok where you will refuel and have lunch after which you will drive to Maasai Mara. Enjoy a game drive on arrival in the park looking out for lions, elephants, leopard, and buffalo to mention but a few. After the drive, return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Morning and evening game drive

We will set off after breakfast with our packed lunch. Spend the entire day on game drives in the Maasai Mara game reserve. Look out for the black rhino, Thompson gazelle and hippo as you enjoy picnic lunch served at the Mara River site and as you engage in the game drives.  You should also look out for wildebeest, zebra, hartebeest, Eland, topi, buffalo and other wildlife in Kenya’s finest wildlife sanctuary.

Day 3: Maasai Mara – Lake Nakuru

You will have your morning tea or coffee then have a game drive to look out for what you missed. Return to your lodge for breakfast then check out of your lodge. Visit the Maasai village where you will learn several things about the culture of the Maasai. Drive to Narok for lunch after which you will drive to Lake Nakuru arriving in the afternoon. Enjoy an afternoon drive as you head to your lodge (if time allows)

Day 4: Bird watching and transfer to Nairobi

After breakfast have birding game drives along the banks of the lake. You may sight white rhinos, black rhinos, water bucks, plenty of flamingoes, Rothschild giraffe, lion and if lucky an elusive leopard. Return to your lodge after lunch and exit the back with a game drive after which you will drive back to Nairobi arriving late evening
